Software
We use a variety of software to design the part to specific measurements. This includes: Gibbs Cam, Master Cam, Solid Works, and Predator Editor.
Gibbs Cam is a very powerful machining software capable of importing and exporting .igs and .dxf files as well as a few others. Its designed to make drawing and machining a part extremely fast and easy. Coupled with Predator, it makes any machining job a breeze.
Master Cam is also a very powerful machining software also capable of importing and exporting files. Our version is also capable of 3D machining.
Solid Works is a very powerful design software capable of importing and exporting a plethera of files as well as designing a project from start to finish.
Predator is a very powerful program editing software. It allows us to check for mistakes and make quick changes to program files before going to the machine. It is also designed to improve the speed in which programs can be edited and then double checked for any mistakes.
